Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP as well as hapless dad Henry. A majority of my followers are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung. I share my daily life, highs and lows, as well as everything inbetween. It was 1990 that my family moved to America. In the age of one quarter I was able to join my parents. Being aware of the possibility to have a brighter future, I worked hard to make them proud and was a shrewd entrepreneur when it came to success. My life was set out: I would study at university, land work in a corporate, marry and buy a home. That was my ideal of what success looked like. But life had other ideas. Money and the prestige of my position was not what I wanted to be. I felt as if I wasted my life for a paycheck. My love of fitness and my passion for socializing with people helped me pursue a new career as an instructor. In 2014 I started my business on the side and in this 2021 will see me celebrating my 7th birthday. It is rare to find an Asian female in the business. In the coaching industry I would like to be a positive influence through providing high-quality training that will help others become healthier and more content. I am also committed to supporting others so that they can reach their goals, pursue their dreams and live the life of your dreams. While my professional life was taking off, I experienced the greatest loss of my entire life to datethat of losing my Mom. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will always be on my mind and in my heart. brain. The lessons we learn from life are often hidden from us yet they can prove very valuable. Her passing has changed my life in several ways. I believe my death provided me with the opportunity to begin a new chapter. She died at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. The day was her chance to begin her new life. I had my second opportunity to live a happy and fulfilled life. As I enter the 30's I am more alive than ever. I can truly say that I live now and not just surviving as I did previously. My experiences are shared with me so that I may be able to share my stories and words. This will help you realize that you're not on your own. You are capable of accomplishing anything you wish and more. Therapy is essential and normal. Health is the greatest asset. Since death is the only thing there is in this world I want you to enjoy the rest of your days and live without regrets.
